We are only shipping within Canada at this time.

There is no charge for delivery to homes within the neighbourhoods of our stores. To homes and businesses outside of our neighbourhoods but inside the Greater Toronto Area shipping will be $10.  Outside of Toronto shipping will be calculated appropriately.  We are currently offering Purolator shipping online.

Products can also be picked up at our BeachMac location. At the present time we are offering curbside pickup

Returns accepted for credit (to original payment method) in unopened condition with an Invoice within 15 calendar days excluding: Macs, iPads, AirPods, Hard Drives, and Special Orders.

Exchanges offered on a case by case basis for opened products complete with the original box and materials and are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee.

If you discover what you believe to be a product defect for any Apple product after 7 days of your Invoice, please contact AppleCare at 1-800-263-3394. For non-Apple products please contact the Manufacturer directly.
