For Out-of-Warranty Mac repairs we collect a $99.00 plus tax diagnosis fee. Usually takes 1-3 business days to diagnose.

For Out-of-Warranty iPhone/iPad/iOS repairs we collect a $30.00 plus tax diagnosis fee. Usually takes 24 hours to diagnose.

Yes we do iPhone battery replacements when they qualify. It's $65.00 plus tax if you are eligible. There's some homework to do first though:

- Backup your iPhone (you might not get this specific iPhone back as not all batteries come out safely)
- Turn off Find My iPhone (in iCloud)
- Ensure iPhone has no liquid, physical or bezel damage
- Ensure iPhone has all original Apple parts

Not all batteries come out of the iPhone safely and if that's the case we/you have to wait 1-2 business days for Apple to ship a replacement to us. Plan for 7 hours and possibly up to 48 hours to be without your iPhone.
